Heidi is the Chief Financial Officer at White Blaze Wealth Management. She is responsible for the company’s budgeting, cash flow management, and analysis.
Heidi began her career in corporate accounting with BP and after several years decided to stay home and focus her time and energy on building a family. In the early 2000s, Heidi returned to accounting work for a storage facilities company in Cleveland, OH. Upon their sale, she transitioned to working for two non-profit organizations managing their books and supporting them as needed.
Heidi is the youngest sister of Bob Heksch. She grew up in Beachwood, OH, and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University in 1988.
Together with her husband, Marc, they have three children: Emily and her fiancé, Chris, Matthew and his wife, Alisha, and Jessica. Heidi and Marc became grandparents in 2024 when their grandson Harrison was born. Heidi and Marc reside in Solon, OH.
Outside of White Blaze, Heidi enjoys cooking, baking, entertaining for holidays and family gatherings, and traveling with family and friends.
