We are pleased to announce that Ian Murphy has joined the White Blaze Wealth Management team as our Client Relationship Manager!
In this role, Ian works closely with the team’s wealth advisors to ensure that our clients receive high-quality, comprehensive service. Ian plays a critical role in conducting research, assisting with meeting preparation, and supporting client communications. Ian joined White Blaze Wealth Management in 2025.
Ian’s career in personal finance began in 2015 when he founded Sona Financial, a company focused on young professionals. He then transitioned to Morgan Stanley, where he worked for 5 years managing the many complexities of modern wealth management.
Ian is a graduate of The College of Wooster with a bachelor’s in economics and history and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in accounting at Cleveland State University. He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation in 2019.
Ian and his wife, Molly, are newlyweds having just gotten married in early August 2025! Together they reside in Cleveland Heights with their two dogs, Odysseus and Penelope. Outside of White Blaze, Ian is an avid writer, gardener, and ultimate frisbee player. Welcome, Ian!
