This past June, White Blaze Wealth Management President and Senior Wealth Advisor, Natalie DiNunzio, was invited to attend the 2025 LPL Financial Business Leaders Forum at Duke University. LPL Financial awards this opportunity to the top 1% of fastest-growing advisor firms, and we were excited to be included. The Business Leaders Forum focuses on new business development and proactive management, while also providing networking opportunities and idea-sharing.
One memorable component of this year’s conference was time spent on the Duke basketball court. While Natalie did not play an actual game of basketball, she did hear from guest speakers about teamwork and leadership, key components of Duke’s basketball program. Her biggest takeaway was Coach Krzyzewski’s five principles for successful team building: communication, trust, collective responsibility, caring, and pride. These resonate deeply within our White Blaze Wealth Management team and are part of our own core values and culture.
